How it works

A plan made for you. Then you choose how to eat it.

Get Healthy starts from who you are and how you live. The app organises the rest: plan, recipes, shopping and, soon, dinner at home.

2 · Your plan

Seven days, already decided.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner for the whole week, with calories and macros worked out for your portions. If you don't fancy a meal, swap it: the rest of the plan stays the same.

  • Renews itself every 7 days
  • Swap a single meal in one tap
  • Different recipes, same goals

3a · Cook it yourself

Your shopping list writes itself.

The week's recipes become a shopping list of real supermarket products, in the right amounts. Sort it by aisle, by day or by week, and tick things off as you fill your trolley.

  • Healthier alternatives for every product
  • A score from 0 to 100 with the reasons explained
  • A Shopping Assistant to choose on the spot

Products from supermarkets you know:

  • Esselunga
  • Carrefour
  • Conad
  • Coop
  • Lidl
  • Eurospin
  • Penny
  • Pam

3b · Let us bring it

Or, soon, order dinner.

Coming soon

The dish that arrives is the one in your plan, not a standard menu. Order it in the app and it arrives in the evening.

In the kitchen

A voice that guides you.

Cooking Coach reads every step aloud and moves on by itself, so your hands stay on the pan. With AI Cooking you create a recipe from an idea or from what you already have.

4 · Keep it going

Every week, without starting from scratch.

The new plan arrives on its own. No planning, no hunting for recipes, no lists to write: you only choose whether to cook or order.
