Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Get Healthy platform, an AI-powered wellness service. By registering for or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision, please do not use the service.

To use Get Healthy you must create an account by providing truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

Get Healthy reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, the rules of use, or applicable laws, with prior notice where reasonably possible.

The platform provides AI-powered wellness services, including:

  • AI wellness coach with chat, personalized explanations, informational suggestions, and health-score analysis
  • Health profile, goals, dashboards, trends, progress reports, advanced analytics, streaks, achievements, challenges, and leaderboards
  • Nutrition and meal tracking through manual entry, search, barcode, or photos, with calorie and macronutrient estimates
  • Informational food and product research, comparison of alternatives, and product-catalog contributions
  • AI-generated meal plans, recipes, and suggestions, cooking assistance, photo-based ingredient analysis, saved recipes, and meal calendar
  • Shopping assistant with personalized suggestions, product search and comparison, store-aware guidance, and grocery-list management
  • Workout logging, custom routine building, exercise library, guided sessions, and workout coaching tools
  • Tracking of sleep, mood, mental wellness, journal entries, weight and body measurements, medications, activity, and other daily counters
  • Optional synchronization of health and activity data with Apple Health, Health Connect, Fitbit, Oura, and Google Fit
  • Community features with social profiles, posts, photos, comments, reactions, user connections, reporting, and moderation tools
  • Reminders and notifications, widgets, export and download of personal data, and generation of reports available in the app

Some features may depend on the device, operating system, geographic area, selected plan, permissions granted, and connected third-party services.

AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and does not replace the advice of qualified medical professionals, nutritionists, or certified personal trainers.

In accordance with the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005) and EU consumer protection regulations, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the conclusion of the distance contract, without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send an explicit communication to info@gethealthy.it within the stated period. Where a refund is due, it will be issued within 14 days of receiving the request, using the means required by applicable law.

The right of withdrawal may be excluded if the digital service has been fully performed with the consumer's express consent and express waiver of the right of withdrawal, as provided under Art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code.

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or breach the security of the platform
  • Abuse the AI service or exceed reasonable usage limits
  • Submit false, misleading, offensive, or harmful content
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the platform without authorization

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Get Healthy enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward user-generated content that is harassing, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, sexually explicit, illegal, or otherwise objectionable, as well as toward abusive behavior directed at other users. Posting such content or engaging in such behavior is strictly prohibited.

Every user can report inappropriate content and block other users directly within the app. Blocking a user instantly removes that user's content from your feed. Reports are sent to the Get Healthy team, which reviews and acts on flagged content within 24 hours by removing content that violates these Terms and ejecting the users who post it.

All content, designs, source code, trademarks, and features of the platform are the exclusive property of Get Healthy or its licensors and are protected under Italian, European, and international intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your personal data and the content you publish. By posting messages, comments, images, or other content in the community, you grant Get Healthy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and distribute that content only as necessary to provide, protect, and moderate the service. The license ends when the content or account is deleted, subject to temporary backup copies and legally required retention.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Get Healthy does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Get Healthy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

AI-generated content, including meal plans and workout routines, does not constitute professional medical or nutritional advice. You are responsible for consulting qualified professionals before making significant changes to your diet or exercise routine.

Get Healthy may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these Terms, with prior notice where reasonably possible.

Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy, subject to any legally required retention obligations.

Get Healthy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via email with reasonable advance notice.

Continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree, you have the right to close your account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Italian courts determined under applicable law.

For consumers residing in the EU, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence shall apply where more favorable.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, consumers residing in the European Union may use the European Commission's ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform for alternative online dispute resolution:
